In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Strength in Adversity Joan faced immense challenges, especially when she was captured by the Burgundians and sold to the English. Despite the dire circumstances, her spirit remained unbroken, illustrating her resilience through faith. Joan's ability to hold fast to her convictions in the face of adversity teaches us about unwavering strength and the power of belief. O St. Joan, help us to remain steadfast in our faith during difficult times. Just as you endured trials with hope and courage, may we find strength in our perseverance. Teach us to trust God's plan, even when the path is dark. O St. Joan, intercede for us during our moments of trial and suffering.
