In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. The Call to Mission John Neumann's journey began with a profound call to the priesthood, rooted in his devout upbringing in Bohemia. Despite the challenges he faced, including a lack of available positions in Europe, he did not waver in his commitment to serve God. His eventual emigration to the United States exemplified his dedication to spreading the faith, especially to those in need of spiritual guidance. O St. John Neumann, you responded generously to God's call, leaving your homeland to serve as a missionary. Inspire us to embrace our own vocations with fervor and resolve, trusting in God's plan for our lives. May we follow your example of courage and tenacity in our faith journeys.
