Resilience Under Torture Despite enduring painful torture from your captors, you remained steadfast in your faith, never wavering in your commitment to Christ. Your resilience shows the strength of the spirit when grounded in love for God, echoing the call for us to remain firm in our beliefs even in our own trials. O St. José Luis, in the face of unimaginable suffering, you stood firm in your faith. Grant us the same resilience to persevere through our trials, holding steadfastly to our beliefs in moments of doubt. May we be filled with your unwavering spirit. Amen.
