In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Witnessing Divine Healing After the encounters with Mary, Juan Diego's uncle, Juan Bernardino, was miraculously healed from a grave illness. This healing further affirmed the power of faith and the intercessory role of the Virgin Mary in Juan Diego's life. Through this miraculous event, the spirit of healing expanded beyond personal experience to encompass the community at large. O St. Juan Diego, you were a vessel of God’s healing grace through your bond with the Virgin Mary. Pray for us, that we may also witness and share the healing power of faith. May we strive to bring comfort and hope to those who suffer around us. I ask for your intercession for healing in my life and for those I hold dear.
