In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. The Call to Service You responded to the call of Christ in a profound way, dedicating your life to the service of others. As a deacon, your commitment to distributing alms to the poor demonstrated a living faith in action. You inspire us to see service as a vital aspect of our Christian journey. O St. Lawrence, inspired by your example of humble service, help us to serve others with a joyful heart. May our actions reflect Christ’s love, guiding us to those in need. Teach us to be selfless as you were, ever devoted to the welfare of others. Amen. Intercede for us, that we may embrace a spirit of service in our own lives.
