You exemplified radical charity through your life and death, and you encourage us to live fully for Christ, even if it involves hardship. Your legacy inspires us to live as martyrs of love in our modern world. O St. Lawrence, martyr of love, lead us to embody the spirit of sacrifice. May we strive to live out our faith with courage and kindness, following your example of charity. Illuminate our paths so we may serve others selflessly. Amen. Help us to embrace love as the highest calling, even at great personal cost.
