The Beloved Physician St. Luke is revered as a beloved physician, a role that evokes his deep sensitivity to suffering and his compassionate outreach to the marginalized. His background in medicine richly informs his writings, highlighting the importance of healing in both body and spirit. Through his lens, we see how Jesus' compassion and miracles resonate deeply with those experiencing pain and sorrow. O St. Luke, compassionate physician, inspire us to see the face of Christ in those who suffer. May we emulate your dedication in our care for the sick and the needy, embodying the love that Christ showed in every healing touch. Intercede for us, that we may always act with mercy and kindness in our hearts. Please bring my intentions before the Lord.
