In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. The Prodigal Son Among the treasures of his Gospel is the parable of the Prodigal Son, illustrating God's endless mercy and willingness to forgive. St. Luke captures the depth of human experience and the joy of reconciliation, reminding us that no one is beyond redemption. His portrayal encourages us to embrace the call to forgive others as we have been forgiven. O St. Luke, guardian of joy and reconciliation, guide our hearts towards understanding and mercy. Help us to extend forgiveness to those who have wronged us and welcome back those who return with open arms. Intercede for us, that we may embody the spirit of this parable in our lives.
