Compassion for the Afflicted St. Odilia is venerated as a patroness for those afflicted with eye ailments, a testament to her compassionate heart. Her own experience of suffering fostered a deep empathy for others in pain. Odilia's legacy calls us to reach out to those in need with love and understanding, embodying Christ’s compassion in our actions. O St. Odilia, who understands the pain of affliction, inspire us to show compassion to those who suffer. Help us extend our hands and hearts to offer healing and hope to others.
