In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Leadership in the Early Church As the first Bishop of Rome, Peter emerged as a steadfast leader among the apostles. His guidance was crucial during pivotal moments in the early Church, fostering unity and strength among believers. His example reminds us of the importance of leadership grounded in humility and service. O Saint Peter, faithful leader of the Church, grant me the grace to embrace responsibilities with humility. May I inspire others through my actions and words, just as you did. Help me to lead with compassion and integrity in every role I hold.
