In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. A Holy Birth St. Peter Julian Eymard was born into a devout family on February 4, 1811, in La Mure, France. This environment nurtured his early spirituality and devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary. The loss of eight siblings in infancy marked his childhood, yet it also deepened his understanding of suffering and reliance on faith. O Saint Peter Julian, you were blessed to be born into a family steeped in faith. Help us to cherish our roots and recognize the grace in our beginnings.
