As friends and family may provide support, it reminds us of the importance of companionship—even in the darkest moments of our lives. O St. Rocco, whose faithful companion brought you sustenance, may we cherish not only our loved ones but also the unexpected forms of support that come our way. Teach us to see divine providence in our daily lives and to be willing companions to those in need. Intercede for us, that we may recognize and appreciate the companionship of others in our lives.
