You bravely nursed prisoners and assisted persecuted clergy, exemplifying true courage during a time of suffering. Your steadfast spirit in the face of adversity became a foundation for your later work in the New World. St. Rose Philippine, you embodied courage amidst great chaos. Help us to stand firm in our faith when faced with challenges. May your example guide us to act justly and bravely, even when the world seems dark. Intercede for us, dear saint, that we may find strength in our struggles. May your strength help me face my own trials with grace and courage.
