In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Forgiveness for Enemies Even as you were stoned, you prayed for the forgiveness of your killers, showing remarkable compassion and love. Your prayer reflects the heart of Jesus, encouraging us to emulate this profound mercy even towards those who harm us. O compassionate St. Stephen, who forgave your persecutors, teach me the power of true forgiveness. Help me to let go of anger and resentment, and to mirror Christ’s love in my own life. I ask for your intercession in my intention, that I may show mercy to those who have wronged me.
