In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Love in Suffering Thérèse faced tremendous suffering during her battle with tuberculosis, yet she transformed her pain into love, uniting it with Christ’s suffering. Her approach illustrated that suffering can lead to spiritual growth and deeper union with God. Thérèse’s enduring faith in the darkest moments serves as a beacon of hope that even trials can yield profound grace. O St. Thérèse, in your suffering, you found a profound union with Jesus. May I learn to embrace my own trials with the same unwavering faith, transforming my pain into loving offerings. Help me to see suffering as a path to deeper love and connection with God, much like you did. Instill in my heart the courage to endure with grace.
