In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Years of Exile Your exile in 1164 led you to seek refuge in France, marking a time of deep reflection and resolute commitment to your cause. During this period, you reached out to others, seeking support for the Church's independence. This chapter of your life illustrates the theme of resilience, even when faced with isolation and danger. O Saint Thomas, exile for the faith, teach us to endure the trials of our own lives with patience and trust in God’s plan. May we not retreat from our principles when challenged but instead find strength in community and conviction. Guide us through our times of trial, just as you did.
