This position allowed you to influence important decisions and established you as a figure of moral authority in turbulent times. Your ability to navigate political intricacies while remaining true to your beliefs set the precedent for your future trials. O St. Thomas More, in your role as counselor, you exemplified wisdom and prudence in leadership. Intercede for those in positions of authority, that they may lead with justice and integrity.
