In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Leadership in the Early Church Saint James, known as a pillar of the early Church, guided the faithful in pivotal decisions, especially at the Council of Jerusalem. His wisdom and discernment set an example for all those in positions of leadership and service within the community of believers. O Saint James, exemplary leader of the Church, instill in me the virtues of wisdom and integrity. Help me to be a source of guidance and support for others, fostering unity and love in my community. May I honor your legacy by serving faithfully in all my relationships and responsibilities. Grant that I may lead with a heart of service.
