Servant Leadership As the first bishop of Jerusalem, Saint James exemplified servant leadership, prioritizing the needs of his community. His dedication to serving others teaches us the importance of humility and selflessness in leading those around us. O Saint James, model of servant leadership, grant me a heart that seeks to serve rather than to be served. Instill in me the desire to uplift others and support their needs, emulating your selflessness. May I reflect Christ’s love through my actions and in my community.
