The Akita Prayer

O Sacred Heart of Jesus,Present in the Holy Eucharist, I dedicate my entire being—body and soul—to unite with Your Heart, being offered continually on altars around the globe, bringing honor to the Father and interceding for the arrival of His kingdom. I ask You to accept this modest offering of myself. Utilize me according to Your purpose for the glory of the Father and the salvation of souls. O Most Holy Mother of God, may I never stray from your Divine Son. I ask for your defense and protection as Your beloved child.Amen.
