The Consecration Of Oneself To Jesus Christ, Incarnate Wisdom, By The Hands Of Mary

O Eternal and Incarnate Wisdom, most loving and admirable Jesus, true God and true Man, only Son of the Eternal Father and of Mary ever Virgin, I deeply adore You in the presence and brilliance of Your Father throughout eternity, and in the virginal womb of Mary, Your most worthy Mother, at the moment of Your Incarnation. I thank You for emptying Yourself, taking on the form of a servant, to free me from the harsh bondage of the devil. I praise and glorify You for humbling Yourself to submit in all things to Mary, Your holy Mother, to make me, through her, Your devoted servant. Yet, I lament, ungrateful and faithless that I am, that I have failed to uphold the promises I fervently made at Baptism. I have neglected my sacred duty; I am unworthy to be called Your son or Your servant, and since nothing in me does not invoke Your rebukes and Your anger, I can no longer approach Your sacred Majesty alone. Therefore, I turn to the intercession of Your holy Mother, whom You have granted as my advocate with You; through her, I hope to receive the grace of true contrition, forgiveness for my sins, and the gift of abiding wisdom. For this reason, I greet you, O Immaculate Mary, living tabernacle of the Divinity, where Eternal Wisdom dwells hidden, adored by both Angels and men. I greet you, O Queen of Heaven and Earth, to whom all that is lesser than God is subject. I greet you, O reliable refuge for sinners, whose mercy never fails; kindly hear my prayers for Divine wisdom and graciously accept the vows and offerings that my humble self presents to you. I, N., a faithless sinner, today renew and confirm my baptismal promises before you. I renounce Satan forever along with all his works and allurements, and I fully dedicate myself to Jesus Christ, the Incarnate Wisdom, to carry my cross after Him all the days of my life. To be more faithful to Him than I have been until now, I choose you this day, O Mary, in the sight of the heavenly court, as my Mother and my Mistress. I entrust to you in the manner of a bond-servant, my body and my soul, my inner and outer possessions, and even the merit of my good deeds, past, present, and future, giving you full authority to dispose of me and all that belongs to me without exception, according to your wishes and for the greater glory of God in this life and the next. Accept, O gentle Virgin, this small offering of my servitude, in honor of and unity with the submission your Eternal Wisdom chose to express toward Your Motherhood; as a token of respect for the dominion which you and Your Divine Son hold over me, a wretched worm and a miserable sinner; in gratitude for the privileges bestowed upon you by the Most Holy Trinity. I declare that from now on, as your true servant, I wish to seek your honor and to obey you in all matters. O Mother most admirable, present me to your Son as His servant forever, so that He, having redeemed me through you, may accept me through you. O Mother of mercy, grant me the grace to receive true wisdom from God and to be counted among those whom you love, whom you teach, whom you guide, whom you sustain and protect as your children and your servants. O faithful Virgin, make me in all things a perfect disciple, imitator, and servant of the Incarnate Wisdom, Jesus Christ your Son, so that through your intercession and example, I may reach the fullness of His stature on earth and the fullness of His glory in heaven.Amen.
