The prayer
O Lord Jesus Christ, please let us receive Your mercy now and at the moment of our passing, through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Your Mother, whose heart was deeply sorrowed during Your passion. May she plead for us before You. You live and reign forever.
