O Most Blessed Virgin Mary, Immaculate Queen and Mother, you are the refuge and comfort for all who are troubled! Here I am, kneeling with my family, choosing you as our Lady, Mother, and Advocate before God. We dedicate ourselves and all those in our care to your service eternally. I humbly ask, O Mother of God, that you accept us among your servants. Embrace us in your protection and assist us throughout life, especially at the hour of our death. Mother of Mercy, I proclaim you as the Lady and Queen of my family and loved ones, in all my endeavors and interests. Oversee all that concerns us; arrange everything according to your will. Bless me and my entire family, and prevent any of us from offending your Son. In every temptation, stand by us; safeguard us from every peril; ensure our needs are met; guide us in confusion; console us in sorrow, in times of illness, and particularly during the sorrowful moment of death. Let not the forces of Hell claim victory over those who dedicate themselves to you here. Grant that we may all enter into Heaven to express our gratitude to you and, united with you, to honor and love Jesus our Redeemer for all eternity. Amen. Thus, may it be.Amen.
