The Prayer For "Others"

Lord, assist me in living each day In such a way that I forget myself, That when I bow down to pray, My thoughts will be for "Others." Guide me in all that I undertake, To be genuine and faithful, Understanding that everything I do for You Is meant to benefit "Others." And when my earthly journey ends, And my new service in Heaven begins, May I overlook the rewards I’ve earned, While still contemplating "Others." "Others" Lord, indeed, "Others" May this be my guiding principle, Help me to serve others So I may truly serve You.
