The Prayer, "May I Always Remember."

Heavenly Father, help me to keep in mind that every part of my body is a creation of yours, inherently good; that it is not mine but yours, purchased through my Baptism at the cost of Christ's Sacrifice; and that my body serves as the living sanctuary of the Holy Spirit. Grant me mastery over my desires, appetites, and thoughts; instill in me a reverence for those of the opposite gender and a healthy regard for my own self-worth. Foster in me a sense of completeness and integrity so that all my abilities may be dedicated to your service in accordance with my vocation. May Mary, the Blessed Virgin Mother, watch over me through our Lord Jesus Christ.Amen.
