The Prayer, Of They Tender Mercy, We Beseech Thee

With deep reverence for Your immense compassion, we implore You, O Lord, to free us from the chains of our transgressions. Through the intercession of Mary, Your blessed and ever-Virgin Mother, along with Saint Joseph and the holy apostles Peter and Paul, and all Your saints, may we, Your servants, and our homes be filled with holiness. Purify us from sin and equip all our relatives, friends, and those bound to us in love with virtue. Grant us tranquility and protection; keep our foes at bay, whether they be seen or unseen. Subdue our earthly desires, grant us fresh air, and pour out Your love on both friends and adversaries. Safeguard Your city and watch over our Pontiff N. Protect all bishops and rulers, as well as Your faithful people, from any misfortune. May Your blessing be perpetually upon us, and take care of all the souls of the departed, granting them eternal peace.Amen.
