O Mary, who was conceived free from sin, intercede for us who turn to you; O shelter of sinners, Mother of those nearing death, do not abandon us in our final moments; grant us the grace of true sorrow, heartfelt contrition, forgiveness and absolution of our sins, a worthy reception of the holy Viaticum, and the solace of the Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick, so that we may stand with confidence before the throne of the just yet merciful Judge, our God and Savior.Amen.
