The Prayer, Sometimes I Feel As If I Am Miles Away

At times, I sense a distance from You, O Lord, yet You are always close by. I may struggle to fully trust in You, but You remain wholly trustworthy. There are moments when my faith wavers, still, You are unfailingly faithful to me. Pride can sometimes hinder my path, but You never cease to guide me towards humility. I may falter in practicing honesty consistently, yet You persist in illustrating its significance. Even in times of spiritual desolation, when I reach out to You, You hear my every prayer, offering thanks and praise. Though I sin, the door to reconciliation remains open, thanks to Your mercy. Although I may not frequently strive to deepen my relationship with You, You continue to present me with opportunities. I might not serve You as diligently as I ought, yet You always provide for my needs. And while I may struggle to express my love for You, Your love for me is steadfast and unconditional.Amen.
