The Prayer Thank God

I worship You, O Lord, my God, and I express my gratitude for the numerous blessings You have bestowed upon me, upon angels, and upon all humanity. Your everlasting love for me is evident. You have created me in Your image and likeness. Your Son sacrificed Himself on the cross for my sake. You have graciously rescued me from peril, both physical and spiritual, through the vigilance of my Guardian Angel, who is present with me now. Countless times, You have allowed me to participate in the Holy Mass, granting me forgiveness for my sins and nourishing me with the Body and Blood of Christ. I am thankful for the invaluable gifts of baptism and confirmation, along with the ongoing graces You bestow through these sacraments. (If you are married, include the sacrament of Holy Matrimony.) I also express my appreciation, dear and generous God, for the blessing of my life and work near You in nature, where I can easily behold Your creation and the wonders of Your world, working for the benefit of all. Thank You for the abundance of earthly gifts You have provided, granting me more than many others during my time here. Furthermore, You have prepared a place for me in heaven, where, if I serve You faithfully during my earthly journey, I will be able to see, love, and praise You eternally, accompanied by Your angels and saints in the fullness of joy. How can I adequately express my gratitude for the countless gifts and blessings, including my health, family, possessions, and senses, that I have yet to mention? With all my love, I offer You the collective praise of the Church on earth and in heaven, the love from the Immaculate Heart of Mary, and the merits of Your Divine Son, Jesus.
