In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. A Resilient Spirit in Suffering Despite facing health challenges later in life, Fulton Sheen’s dedication never wavered. He endured surgeries that made preaching difficult, yet he continued to inspire others, even writing his autobiography from his sickbed. His resilience amidst suffering exemplified his unwavering commitment to his vocation and the people he served. O Venerable Fulton Sheen, your perseverance in the face of suffering inspires us all. Help us to accept our challenges with grace and to find strength in our faith. May we, like you, serve others with unwavering dedication. Amen.
