The prayer
Holy Saviour, we approach Your sacred table to be nourished, not merely with bread, but with You, the true Bread of everlasting life. Grant us the grace each day to partake of this divine sustenance worthily. May we continually be uplifted by the sweet fragrance of Your mercy and benevolence. May the Holy Spirit envelop us in His Love. In preparation for this sacred food, help us to clear our hearts and make room.
