Raymond of Capua

Raymond of Capua was born in 1330 in Capua, Italy. He showed an early interest in spirituality, joining the Order of Preachers, commonly known as the Dominicans, around the age of 20. Raymond pursued his studies in theology and was ordained a priest, dedicating himself to preaching and the pastoral care of the faithful.
