The feast of the day

No feast is kept today

An ordinary day in Ordinary Time

Most days of the year keep no feast or memorial — and that is not a gap. The Church simply prays the Mass of the weekday and keeps walking through the season. A good day to carry one quiet intention, and to let prayer be unhurried.

Prayer & reflection

Pray today

Daily PrayerA prayer for todayHeavenly Father, in this moment of stillness, I come to You with a heart longing for Your presence. In the daily struggles and rivalries that surround me, help me remember that true growth comes from You alone. Teach me to humble myself and see beyond the divisions that cloud my heart. May I find unity in Your love, knowing that it is You who nurtures the seed of faith within me.

The season

Ordinary Time

We are in the Twenty-second Week of Ordinary Time — the Church wears green.

The long, green stretch between the great seasons — the everyday of faith, where most of the Christian life is actually lived. Today keeps no feast — just the ordinary, unhurried rhythm of the week.
