St. Benedict Novena
St. Benedict of Nursia was a 6th-century monk and the "Father of Western Monasticism" who founded the Benedictine Order and wrote the influential Rule of St. Benedict. He is the patron saint of Europe, known for his emphasis on a balanced life of prayer and work, and is often invoked for spiritual protection through the St. Benedict Medal.
